Hello, hello, hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to find Padma Yoga. I'm Claire and I've been teaching yoga for the last fifteen years in Northern Ireland, Lincolnshire and more recently in the beautiful Calder Valley. After living in Halifax for my 'proper job' about 20 years ago, I've had something of a love affair with Hebden Bridge ever since! So in 2018, my husband and I finally made the move to our happy place. After the wide open spaces and huge skies of the South Lincolnshire Fens, it's been quite a change of scenery. A very welcome one at that!
Yoga and good mental health are two things which I feel really passionate about. I particularly love the transformative quality of the practices. When we feel stuck mentally and emotionally, or our physical health isn't so good, yoga can help us find our centre. Through a regular practice, we begin to listen to our own needs and learn to trust ourselves on a deeper level. It's been hugely beneficial for me and I hope it will be for you too.
