At Padma Yoga, my classes are organised in levels. This is intended to help you find the most appropriate class for you. Whether you're a complete beginner, returning after injury, illness or a break, or perhaps, a more experienced student, I should have something to suit you.

I have lots of experience of teaching students of all ages, along with people who have chronic and terminal health conditions, mobility issues, etc.

Please note that my teaching style is trauma informed. This means you won't be touched or physically adjusted in a pose without prior consent. Whilst I rarely adjust people physically, sometimes it can be helpful. Should I offer you the option of physical adjustment - I only do this with students I know well - it is absolutely your choice to say yes or no.
