At Padma Yoga, my classes are organised in levels. This is intended to help you find the most appropriate class for you. Whether you're a complete beginner, returning after injury, illness or a break, or perhaps, a more experienced student, I should have something to suit you.
Would you like more information about a class or to chat about suitability? Feel free to get in touch on 07443 602108 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. I have lots of experience of teaching students of all ages, along with people who have chronic and terminal health conditions, mobility issues, etc.
Please note that my teaching style is trauma informed. This means you won't be touched or physically adjusted in a pose without prior consent. Whilst I rarely adjust people physically, sometimes it can be helpful. However, it is absolutely your choice to say yes or no. Please don't feel any obligation to say yes.
During the current COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, all of my regular weekly classes will be taught online using Click Meeting webinar software.
