At Padma Yoga, I offer a variety of different yoga, mediation and relaxation classes. This is intended to help you find the most appropriate class for you. Whether you're a complete beginner, returning after injury, illness or a break, or perhaps, a more experienced student, I should have a class practice to suit you.
I have lots of experience of teaching students of all ages and abilities, along with working people who have chronic and terminal health conditions, mobility issues, mental health and PTSD, autism and alcohol/drug addiction recovery.
All teaching is trauma informed. During the class you will be encouraged to connect with your physical experience and make positive choices for your body and mind. It also means that I only offer physical adjustments in exceptional circumstances, with this in mind you may hear me repeating instructions several times. This is intended to help guide you safely in to each pose.
