Alongside weekly classes and weekend workshops, I also offer a range of short courses taught online and in-person. They cover specific areas in more depth, allowing you to deepen your understanding of yoga, learn tools and techniques to support your health and wellbeing or support your journey to motherhood and beyond.

Short courses don’t run all the time, so please take a look at the specific course pages for further information on start dates.
