A follow on from the Lift & Tone the Pelvic Zone course, the Refresher, is intended to encourage you to develop and maintain an ongoing pelvic health practice. Once the course is over, it's easy to lose momentum and whilst we might have the very best of intentions, life has a habit of getting in the way! If we stop, it's easy to lose confidence  and feel like we don't know enough to get started again.

The objective of the refresher, is to give you the knowledge and confidence to develop a lifetime practice, so that you can continue with a weekly 'maintenance practice' or go back and start again if you need to.

What does the Refresher include?

During the refresher, we'll revisit the muscular set up of the body, along with running through the various stages of each of the abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor practices. Along with the practical element of the refresher, the workshop will also include time for discussion, questions and a cuppa!

This half day workshop is suitable for anyone who has attended the full course and wants to refresh their memory in a relaxed and friendly environment. I'm sorry to say that it isn't suitable if you're pregnant, but if you have concerns during pregnancy please get in touch for some advice.

Upcoming Course Dates

In 2021, the course will run as follows:

Todmorden - Saturday 19th June 10:00-1:00pm - 6 places available to meet COVID safety measures

Venue: The Todfellows Space, Oxford Street, Todmorden OL14 5PU.

Online - Date TBC - 10 places available.

Venue: The session will be taught via Zoom. A link will be sent to you in a welcome email a few days before the workshop.
